Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes—Panmure, Auckland City

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for railway purposes, subject to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and to remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen, subject to the creation of the following easements on the terms and conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette:

(a) A right to convey electricity in favour of Vector Limited over parts of Section 1 SO 422281 and marked “E” and “F” on SO 422281.

(b) A right of way for pedestrian access in favour of Auckland City Council over parts of SO 422281 and marked “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” and “E” on SO 422281.
