Take notice that on Friday 30 April 2010, TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6898015.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 141 Piha Road, Piha, being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA1368/46.

as commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Waimangaroa School are vested in the commissioner.
