Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Granting as Compensation in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of February 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 1995, No. 20, page 653, by deleting from the recital the words

"The Bay of Plenty Regional Council"

and replacing them with

"the Crown".

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 and section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA720/112 subject to Mortgage B535112.2.
