Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and to remain vested in the Crown, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 8 Maori Point Intersection, Tarras, Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 8 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopping and Exchange of Land to be Held for Stormwater Management Purposes—Manui Place, Waitakere City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 17 and 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater management purposes and vested in the Waitakere City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the residue of the land in Computer Freehold Register NA1614/50, subject to Mortgage C931870.3.
