Approval of Approved Dispute Resolution Scheme
Following consideration of an application made under section 51 of the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008 (“the Act”), and after consultation with the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Commerce, I give notice that I have granted approval under section 53 of the Act to the dispute resolution scheme called Financial Services Complaints Limited established under the documents entitled The Constitution of Financial Services Complaints Limited dated the 6th day of November 2009, the Terms of Reference of the Financial Services Complaints Limited Scheme Operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited dated the 17th day of March 2010 and the Terms of Participation in the Financial Services Complaints Limited Scheme dated the 17th day of March 2010.
Financial Services Complaints Limited has the purpose of addressing and resolving complaints, free of charge to complainants, relating to financial services provided by its members who must be financial service providers.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Reassessment of Anti-dumping Duty: Diaries from Beijing Light Stationery Manufacturing Company Limited
Pursuant to section 14(6) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), the Minister of Commerce, having carried out a reassessment of the anti-dumping duty applying to imports into New Zealand of diaries from China as specified in the First Schedule to this notice (“the subject goods”), and having determined a new rate of anti-dumping duty applicable for those goods from a specified exporter, gives the following notice.
Notice
Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the “Reassessment of Anti-dumping Duty: Diaries from Beijing Light Stationery Manufacturing Company Limited”.
(2) This notice is to be read in conjunction with the notice “Final Determination of Dumping Investigation: Diaries From The People’s Republic of China and Malaysia” (New Zealand Gazette, 18 October 2007, No. 112, page 2995).
(3) Pursuant to subsections 14(4) and 14(6) of the Act, I have determined the amount of anti-dumping duty to be imposed on the subject goods from the company specified to be the rate set out in the Second Schedule to this notice.
(4) Pursuant to section 17(c)(i) of the Act, the reassessed anti-dumping duty set out in the Second Schedule to this notice shall apply to imports of the goods specified in the First Schedule with effect from the day after the date of this notice.
