Notice of Termination of Receivership

Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on 23 January 2010, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the property of JAPANESE RESTAURANT HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of December 2007.

That appointment ceased with effect from 8.30am on 20 April 2010, the receivers and managers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidator.

This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
