Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Whangarei District Court on 15 March 2010 for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

1993 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. US6499.

Against: Karipa Lewis Wall.
