In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7021580.4 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA39D/307 (“the mortgage”):

Notice is hereby given that:

Lipscomb Trust, as mortgagee under mortgage A230714.2 (the “mortgage” and “mortgagee”) over the property located at 5 Buckleys Road, Christchurch (contained and described in the Computer Freehold Register CB15F/626 (Canterbury Land Registry)) (“the property”), took possession of the property secured by the mortgage from Maxwell Allfrey, Helen Rose Allfrey and Andrew James Keegan (the “mortgagor”) on 31 March 2010 in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.

2. This notice has been issued for Lipscomb Trust by Barry Flewellen, authorised agent for the above-named mortgagee.
