In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6471771.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA1058/14 ("the mortgage"):

TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 6 April 2010.

The description of the mortgaged land is firstly an estate in fee simple as to a one-half share of 923 square metres, being Lot 174 DP 116027 and secondly in leasehold estate contained in lease instrument LB978936.4, being Flat 2 on DP 129600, known as the property at 2/141 Finlayson Avenue, Manurewa.
