Notice is hereby given that Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant, and Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist, both of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of VISION SECURITIES LIMITED (in receivership) on 31 March 2010 under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 30th day of September 2003.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the present and future undertaking and assets, of any kind whatsoever, of VISION SECURITIES LIMITED.
