Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

The Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development gives notice that the anti-dumping duties on oral liquid paracetamol from the Republic of Ireland ceased to be payable with effect from 30 March 2010.

As the duties were not subject to a review, in accordance with section 14(9) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, the anti-dumping duties ceased to be payable as five years had passed since the final determination was made to impose the duties.
