Cessation of Anti-dumping Duties on Oral Liquid Paracetamol From the Republic of Ireland

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

The Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development gives notice that the anti-dumping duties on oral liquid paracetamol from the Republic of Ireland ceased to be payable with effect from 30 March 2010.

As the duties were not subject to a review, in accordance with section 14(9) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, the anti-dumping duties ceased to be payable as five years had passed since the final determination was made to impose the duties.

Notice of Approval of Application Fee for Designation of a Settlement System

Pursuant to section 156Y(3)(d) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, and taking into account the joint determination by the Reserve Bank and the Securities Commission, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Commerce hereby approve the application fee of $30,000.00 (including GST) to accompany an application to have a settlement system declared as a designated settlement system under Part 5C of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989.

Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Te Tii School (1112)

Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Te Tii School Board of Trustees because of risks to the operation of the school.

The following functions, powers and duties of the board are vested in a limited statutory manager:

• All functions, powers and duties as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise); and
• all functions, powers and duties to manage financial operations (whether statutory or otherwise).

A limited statutory manager must also advise the board on the following:

• Improved board organisation and management; and
• communicating and consulting with the community.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
