Reserves Act 1977
Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve Form Part of the Te Kopia Scenic Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and declares that the reserve form part of the Te Kopia Scenic Reserve.
