Road Realignment—State Highway 2, Aongatete, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 216496, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Mortgage H291441.3;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA44D/601, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, Mortgage 5005912.2 and variation of Mortgage 7522862.1;

(d) Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 216496, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Mortgage H291441.3;

(e) Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA44D/601, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, Mortgage 5005912.2 and variation of Mortgage 7522862.1
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
