Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Recreation Reserve—Shelly Bay Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 24 April 2008 declaring the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and subject as to the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto to a fencing agreement in conveyance 349398 (R459/468) and to drainage rights (in gross) in favour of the Manukau City Council created by transfer 415823.

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 117(6), shall be incorporated into the adjoining lease contained in Computer Interest Register OT338/82, subject to mortgage 774395; and

(b) Pursuant to section 117(7), shall be added with the adjoining land contained in Computer Freehold Register OT223/10 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
