Materials incorporated by reference are available for inspection free of charge at the DBH National Office, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The material incorporated by reference relates to matters referred to in section 410(1)(c) of the Act.

It is available for inspection free of charge at all DBH office during working hours.

DBH office locations

The DBH office locations are as follows:

National office in Wellington: Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay.

Auckland office: Level 3, 41 Shortland Street.

Manukau office: 7 Ronwood Avenue.

Hamilton office: 2nd Floor, 36 Bryce Street.

Christchurch office: Level 2, 10 Nelson Street.

Porirua Tenancy Services Centre: 1st Floor, Housing Corporation Building, 1 Walton Leigh Avenue.

DBH also has tenancy service delivery locations in:

Whangarei, Henderson, Takapuna, Tauranga, Rotorua, Gisborne, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Lower Hutt, Nelson, Blenheim, Greymouth, Timaru, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Notice of Variation to Appointment of Default KiwiSaver Provider—KiwiSaver Default Provider (AMP Services (NZ) Limited) Amendment Notice 2010

Pursuant to sub-sections 180(1)(d) and 180(2) of the KiwiSaver Act 2006 notice is given of a variation to the instrument of appointment appointing AMP Services (NZ) Limited as a KiwiSaver Default Provider

Pursuant to clause 10 of the KiwiSaver Default Provider (AMP Services (NZ) Limited) Notice 2007, the Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce jointly give the following notice.

  1. Title—(1) This is the KiwiSaver Default Provider (AMP Services (NZ) Limited) Amendment Notice 2010.

(2) In this notice, the KiwiSaver Default Provider (AMP Services (NZ) Limited) Notice 2007, dated at Wellington on the 2nd day of April 2007*, is called the “principal notice”.

  1. Commencement—This notice comes into force on the day after the date on which it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Schedule 3 Part 4 of the principal notice amended—
    Schedule 3 Part 4 of the principal notice is amended to insert a new clause after clause 11 that states:

11A To avoid doubt, a conservative investment product under clause 11 may include investment in a range of asset classes, including but not limited to:

listed and unlisted New Zealand equity;
listed and unlisted international equity;
bonds;
listed and unlisted property;
listed and unlisted infrastructure;
commodities; and
cash.
