Notice of Withdrawal of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of withdrawal of a product ruling made under section 91FJ of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 09/07 is hereby withdrawn to allow for a replacement ruling to be issued.
3. Product ruling No. 09/07 applied for the period 27 May 2009 to 30 June 2014. It was published in the Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 21, No. 7, of September 2009.
4. It is withdrawn on 18 March 2010.

Notice of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 10/01 was issued on 12 March 2010. It relates to the raising of capital by Rabo Capital and Rabobank Nederland. The ruling will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 22, No. 3, of April 2010.

Pursuant to section 34(1) of the Local Government (Auckland Council) Act 2009, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order

1. Title—This determination is called the Local Government (Auckland Wards and Local Boards) Determination 2010.

2. Commencement—
   (1) Subject to subclause (2), this determination comes into force on 1 November 2010.
   (2) Those provisions of this determination necessary to provide for the election of the members of the Auckland Council at the 2010 triennial general elections come into force on the day after the date on which the Order in Council implementing this determination is made.

3. Interpretation—In this determination, unless the context requires another meaning:
