I, Doig Digby Smith, liquidator of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 31 March 2010.

Note: KATE SHEPPARD LIFECARE CENTRE LIMITED (in liquidation) sold its business in February 2006 and is solvent. The rest home and hospital is now operated by Kate Sheppard Lifecare (2005) Limited. Kate Sheppard Gardens Limited is the owner of the Kate Sheppard Retirement Village at 417 New Brighton Road and is a separate company. It continues to operate the village.
