Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 9 December 2009, Patrick Dean Norris, of Nelson, was appointed as receiver of BUSTER HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership), in respect of the business of Arcadia Motels, Tahunanui, Nelson.

Notice is given that on 26 February 2010, I, Grant Barry Meikle, chartered accountant of Richmond, Nelson, was appointed as receiver in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property of BUSTER HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) by South Canterbury Finance Limited, in exercise of the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 29th day of February 2008 and by law and in accordance with section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993.

My appointment is in place of Patrick Dean Norris who has vacated the office of receiver.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

ANZ National Bank Limited (“the mortgagee”) is the mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage 6759916.5 (Canterbury Land Registry) registered on 8 February 2006 (“the mortgage”) given by DAVID MATTHEW RIDGEN and JOANNE MARIE RIDGEN (“the mortgagors”) in favour of the mortgagee and affecting Computer Freehold Register 258123 (Canterbury Land Registry), being the property known as Unit 809, 187 Cashel Street, Christchurch (“the land”).

The mortgagors are in default under the mortgage and the mortgagee is entitled to appoint a receiver of the income from the land or any part of it, upon such default.

The mortgagee hereby appoints Claire Philomena Byrne to be the receiver of the income of the land with all the powers conferred upon the receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.

The receiver of the income shall at all times be the agent of the mortgagors and not of the mortgagee.
