Land Declared Road, and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway 4 Aberfeldy Hill, Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 4 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 250381, subject to Part IV of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of November 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 November 2009, No. 171, page 4145, by deleting the First and Third Schedules to that notice and substituting the following First and Third Schedules respectively.
