Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004

Corrigendum—Traffic Signs (November 2009)

Pursuant to subclause 4.4(4) of Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, and under authority delegated to me, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Standards and Safety Manager, New Zealand Transport Agency, advise of a correction to a previous notice.

In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 November 2009, No. 167, page 4051, in the legend description of sign “W13-1.4 Road narrows – three lanes reduce to two”, please replace

“symbol of two lanes reducing to one”

with

“symbol of three lanes reducing to two”.

Pursuant to subclause 4.4(4) of Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, and under authority delegated to me, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Standards and Safety Manager, New Zealand Transport Agency, authorise the installation and maintenance of the signs described in the Schedule to this notice.

R5-13 No cruising zone

The roadway is within a no cruising zone (which may be limited to the periods indicated). Cruising is defined in the Land Transport Act 1998.
