Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the boards of directors of LOWMAN CONSULTING LIMITED and FRAMECAD IP LIMITED (being “the amalgamating companies”) have resolved to amalgamate and continue as FRAMECAD IP LIMITED, which shall become the amalgamated company.

Further, all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation be transferred to the amalgamated company.

The date of the proposed amalgamation is 1 April 2010 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice).
