Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of BIRKDALE SERVICE STATION LIMITED passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed C. N. Sinko, chartered accountant of Moxey Aitken Broadbent, as liquidator of the company.

The liquidation commenced on 12 February 2010.

The liquidator does hereby fix 15 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
