Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for a Pump Station—97A State Highway 16, Massey North, Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of December 2009 acquiring land for a pump station vesting in Watercare Services Limited and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 2010, No. 1, page 76, by the addition of the words

"together with appurtenant right of way and rights to convey electricity, telecommunications and water hereto over areas marked “B”, “F” and “G” on DP 105157 created by Easement Certificate 5701750.1"

after the words "declaring that part State Highway 16 to be limited access road" on the ninth line of the aforesaid notice.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 23(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, that the Waitakere City Council (“Council”) proposes to take part of the land situated at 3094 Great North Road, New Lynn, Waitakere City, and more particularly described in the Schedule hereto (“the land”).

The land is required for roading purposes and it is intended to use the land for the redevelopment and extension of Clark Street, New Lynn, Waitakere City, to cater for future traffic flows and town centre redevelopment.
