Land Transfer Act Notice

The owner of land adjoining the bank of the Kiwitea Stream in the Manawatu District has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Kiwitea Stream under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Land Registration District: Wellington.

Application: 8383970.1.

Applicants: Bryan Stewart Tootell and Susan Carol Tootell, c/o McIntosh & Signal, Solicitors, PO Box 11, Fielding 4740.

Land Applied for: 2950 square metres; shown on LT 374112 as old stream bed, being part of the former bed of the Kiwitea Stream adjoining Part Section 10 DP 6057 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 241422.

Intention: I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 26 March 2010.

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.
