Amendment to Appointment of a Commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Māori Pumau Ki Te Reo o Ngapuhi (4206)

Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Māori Pumau Ki Te Reo o Ngapuhi (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 2007, No. 69, page 1814) and appoint

Hohepa Campbell

as commissioner.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori Pumau Ki Te Reo o Ngapuhi are vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Dated at Wellington this 22nd day of February 2010.
