Classification of a Reserve
Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Stratford District Council classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto for recreation purposes.

Vesting in the Queenstown Lakes District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Vesting Reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for local purpose (utility) purposes and further declares that the reserve is subject to an easement to convey water between Her Majesty The Queen and the Queenstown Lakes District Council, dated 1 January 2009, for a term of 30 years.
