Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 November 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Kimberley Meo in respect of Plimmerton Community Creche (60233), situated at 3 Cluny Road, Plimmerton.
