- Public Trust has advertised its intention to elect to be the manager of the property in the 30 November 2010 edition of the Wanganui Chronicle, which is a newspaper circulating in the locality where the property is situated and believed by Public Trust to be an appropriate advertising medium.
Now therefore Public Trust in exercise of the authority conferred on it by section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, hereby elects to be manager of the property under Part VII of the Act.

An undivided 1/11-share in all that parcel of land containing 915 square metres, more or less, being Lot 30 DP 17525 and being all the land contained in certificate of title WND2/361 (Wellington Land Registry), located at 19 Kauri Street, Gonville, Wanganui.

Notice of Claim
This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of GLC ALUMINIUM LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in March 2008):
The sum of $20,200.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has been lodged on behalf of the company shareholders of GLC ALUMINIUM LIMITED.
Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to GLC ALUMINIUM LIMITED, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 18 January 2011.
Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Notice for Unpaid Rates
Pursuant to the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002
(“the Act”)

The above property is registered as owned by Kamichika Yuko, whose whereabouts is unknown.
As at 1 December 2010, there is $3,509.05 due and payable to the Kaipara District Council (“the Council”) in respect of rates arrears.
These arrears have been unpaid for more than four months and are immediately due to the Council in accordance with the Act.
If such arrears are not settled in full by 1 February 2011, the Council will commence legal proceedings to recover those rates, pursuant to section 63 of the Act, and shall seek to enforce judgment accordingly.
Payment may be made to the Council via bank cheque, direct transfer or by credit card.
