Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, General Manager, Schools Property Infrastructure Group, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

This notice shall come into force on 16 December 2010.

Notice of Final Determinations to Assign or Alter Geographic Names

Pursuant to sections 19 and 21(2) of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“the Board”) hereby gives notice of the final determinations to assign new or alter existing, geographic names.

The new or altered geographic names are now official geographic names and are specified in the first column of the Schedule below.

The geographic feature type that each new or altered geographic name relates to, is set out in the second column of the Schedule.
