Environmental Risk Management

Authority of New Zealand

Hazardous Substances and New Organisms

Act 1996

Notice of Approval of Code of Practice

Pursuant to section 79(5) of the Hazardous Substances and
New Organisms Act 1996 (“HSNO Act”), the Environmental
Risk Management Authority of New Zealand advises that
it approved on 15 October 2010, the Code of Practice
Non Refillable cylinders BS EN 12205: 2001.

This code has been developed by Galpro Stylex Limited and
provides an approved design standard for the manufacture
or import of non-refillable containers under Regulation
25(a)(ii) of the Hazardous Substances (Compressed Gases)
Regulations 2004.

Pursuant to section 80(1) of the HSNO Act, this code may
be inspected on request at the Wellington office of the
Environmental Risk Management Authority of New Zealand,
Level 1, BP House, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.

Pursuant to section 80(1)(b) of the HSNO Act, the code can
be purchased from Galpro Stylex Limited, PO Box 58557,

Pursuant to section 4I of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral
Commission hereby appoints

Mark Gregory Lawson, electoral official

to be deputy member for the Chief Electoral Officer of the
Electoral Commission for the period 25 November 2010 to
25 August 2015.

Resolved by the Electoral Commission on the 25th day of
