Notice is hereby given that on 24 November 2010, the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), ordered that FINCHLEE INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew David Marsh, barrister and solicitor of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
