Amendment to Appointment of a Commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Pumau ki Nga Reo o Ngapuhi (4206)

Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Pumau ki Nga Reo o Ngapuhi (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 2007, No. 69, page 1814) and appoint

Dennis Finn

as commissioner.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Pumau ki Nga Reo o Ngapuhi are vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.

Dated at Wellington this 3rd day of December 2010.
