2010 MANA BY-ELECTION

RESULTS OF THE OFFICIAL COUNT

Interpretation Act 1999

Pursuant to section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, I amend the notice with the above heading published as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 1 December 2010, No. 163, page 4059, under the Electoral Act 1993, by deleting the following words:

“Total number of valid votes 23,314”

and substituting the following:

“Total number of valid votes 23,277”.

The amendment is made to remove from the total number of valid votes the 37 informal votes which were included in error. The results are otherwise unchanged.
