Easement Acquired for Functioning Indirectly of a Road—State Highway 3 Eight Mile Junction, Waitomo District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right to convey electricity easement in gross, described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of May Elizabeth Albrechtsen as to a 1/3 share, May Elizabeth Albrechtsen, Barry Neil Albrechtsen, David Brian Albrechtsen and John William Albrechtsen as executors (“the grantors”), and shall vest in the Crown for functioning indirectly of a road (“the grantee”), subject to the rights and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
