Education (Early Childhood Centres)

Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 January 2006, which was granted under those Regulations to Fiona Hughes in respect of Topkidz ELC Virginia Avenue No 2 (10193), situated at 13–17 Virginia Avenue, Eden Terrace, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

• Marian Catholic School, Hamilton (2094).
• South City Christian School, Hamilton (4125).
• St Columba’s Catholic School, Frankton (1944).
• St Paul’s Catholic School, Ngaruawahia (1963).

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 22 November 2010.

Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Regulations 1999

Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 11) 2010 (No. F569)

Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Regulations 1999, the Deputy Chief Executive Fisheries Management at the Ministry of Fisheries (acting pursuant to a delegated authority in accordance with section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988) gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 11) 2010.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on 23 December 2010.

2. Interpretation—In this notice:

(a) "customary food-gathering" has the same meaning as defined in the Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Regulations 1999;
