Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 7 December 2000 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being an estate in fee simple in all the land containing 918 square metres, more or less, being Lot 873 DP 24219 described in the certificate of title CB35A/859 (Canterbury Land Registration District) be vested in Te Kohanga Reo National Trust Board (233184).

This direction shall become final on 17 January 2011.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6717425.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA88A/562 (“the mortgage”):

TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 10 November 2010.

The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple as to an undivided 1/2 share in all that parcel of land containing 812 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 118235 and leasehold estate being Flat 2 DP 148044 and Carport 1 DP 148044, being the property situated at 2/120 Sunnyside Road, Sunnyvale, Waitakere.
