Amendments to the New Zealand Rules of Racing

Pursuant to sections 29 to 32 of the Racing Act 2003, notice is given that the New Zealand Rules of Racing have been amended as follows:

311(2) – amended
543 – inserted
651 – amended
804(9) – inserted
903(2) – amended
920(9) – amended

These amendments will come into effect from 6 December 2010.

The New Zealand Rules of Racing can be viewed on the New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated website www.nzracing.co.nz or copies can be inspected free of charge or purchased at the New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated, 106–110 Jackson Street, Petone, Wellington.
