Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 10th day of September 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 September 1999, No. 123, page 2948 (Gazette Notice A425986.1), by deleting the land firstly described in the Schedule to that notice.

Road Realignment—State Highway 82 Waihao Downs, Waimate District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 82;

(b) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and further, pursuant to section 119(4), shall be held as stopped government road, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
