Notice of Intention to Correct Register

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies and liquidators by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

• INNATE THERAPEUTICS LIMITED (1039166) – notice of issue of 8,436,667 shares should have been for 8,066,667 shares – 29 March 2010.

• LECHLADE FARM LIMITED (in liquidation) (161523) – liquidator was appointed on 18 October 2010 not 17 September 2010 – 20 October 2010 (application by liquidator).

• SIGNWISE AUCKLAND LIMITED (1264729) – A. R. Woodfield incorrectly notified as having ceased as director – 7 October 2010.

• WETA DIGITAL LIMITED (567770) – date of issue of 40,000 shares was 30 March 2010 not 15 April 2010 – 15 April 2010.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 9 December 2010 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).

Proposed Release of Deposit

Pursuant to the Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953

PPX INSURANCE LIMITED (“the company”) has given notice to Public Trust that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with Public Trust.

Public Trust therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19(3) of the Act, that, being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, it proposes to release to the company on or after 17 December 2010, the amount deposited with Public Trust by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with Public Trust, 141 Willis Street, Wellington 6011, on or before 1 December 2010.
