Land Declared Road, and Road Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway 49 Mangaheuheu, Ruapehu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 120(3):

(i) Sections 2, 4 and 17 SO 373796 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN324/110, subject to Mortgage 6497068.8, Gazette Notice 172963.1, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

(ii) Section 7 SO 373796 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN8A/337, subject to Mortgage 6052214.8, Gazette Notice 172963.1, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

(iii) Section 10 SO 373796 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN135/190, subject to Mortgage 6052214.8, Gazette Notice 172963.1, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

(iv) Section 9 SO 373796 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Registers WN20B/1340 (1/3), WN20B/1396 (1/3) and WN14D/552 (1/3), subject to Mortgage 6052214.8, Gazette Notice 172963.1, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
