Revocation of New Zealand Coastal Policy Statement 1994
Pursuant to section 53 of the Resource Management Act 1991, I hereby revoke the New Zealand Coastal Policy Statement 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 May 1994, No. 42, page 1563.
The revocation of the New Zealand Coastal Policy Statement 1994 will take effect from 2 December 2010.
