Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, pursuant to section 200 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued and existing estates and interests determined unless Caveat forbidding that is lodged with me on or before 3 December 2010.

Application: 8263783.1.

Applicants: Ian Cranleigh MacDonald and Elise Margaret MacDonald.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 1.3780 hectares, more or less, being Part Allotment 42 Parish of Omaha, being also Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under 419940 and being the land contained in Computer Freehold Register NA100C/409 (Limited) North Auckland Land District.

Circumstances: The registered proprietors of the above land are Peter John Greenwood, Alison Mary Greenwood, Withers & Co. Trustee Company Limited and Warwick Harold Rhodes. The applicants claim that they and their predecessors in possession were in occupation of the land prior to the issue of the above limited title.

Land Transfer Act Notice

The owners of land adjoining the bank of Taonui Stream in the Manawatu District have applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Taonui Stream under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Land Registration District: Wellington.

Application: 8606174.2.

Applicant: Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited, c/o Private Bag 3016, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton.

Land Applied for: 1570 square metres, 140 square metres and 3440 square metres; shown on LT Plan 433728, being part of the former bed of Taonui Stream adjoining Lots 1 and 2 DP 16197 and Section 5 Westella Settlement comprised in Computer Freehold Registers WN21D/100, WN595/293 and 505168 in the Manawatu District.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 21 December 2010.

Charitable Trusts Act Notices

Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Boards

Section 26(4) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of these trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly.

With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
