Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 4 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservations over the local purpose reserves described in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by the Hutt City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, such money to be used and applied, in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve—Frankton Plantation Reserve, Hall Street, Hamilton

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on 7 April 2010:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be, local purpose (plantation) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
