Pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 28 and 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for the purpose of a primary school and remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to the creation of a right to drain sewage easement in gross in favour of the Southland District Council over the said land described in the Schedule to this notice and shown marked "A" on SO 428303, on the terms and conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
