Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage over goods ("a specific security agreement dated the 21st day of August 2007") ("the security agreement") over the following mortgaged goods ("the collateral"):

Notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2010, South Canterbury Finance Limited (in receivership) ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral:

Catamaran ("Voyager"), two 2006 Yanmar Saildrive engines numbered 3805 and 3806, rigging, sails, mast, hatches and winches following the failure of the mortgagor, SCP Trust Limited (as trustee of the SCP Trust) to remedy a section 128 notice served on the mortgagor on 27 July 2010.
