Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 24 September 2010 of the Animal Products (National Microbiological Database Specifications) Amendment Notice 2010 which comes into force on 4 October 2010.

A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the (New Zealand Food Safety), Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, South Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.

Climate Change Response Act 2002

Appointments to the Agriculture Emissions Trading Scheme Advisory Committee

During the late stages of the passing of the amended Climate Change Response Act legislation, the Government agreed, in consultation with the Māori Party, to establish an Agriculture Emissions Trading Scheme Advisory Committee.

I hereby appoint to the Agriculture Emissions Trading Scheme Advisory Committee

as chair for a term of two years from 1 October 2010; and

Notice of Determination of Geographical Area for Offices of the Tenancy Tribunal

Pursuant to section 86(3) and (5) of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (“the Act”), I give notice that the following offices of the Tenancy Tribunal listed in column A will be responsible for the geographical areas listed in column B from 1 October 2010.

References in this notice to territorial authorities refer to those bodies as constituted under the Local Government Act 2002 and are to be read as at the date of this notice.
Any changes to territorial authority boundaries made under the Local Government Act 2002 will not alter the geographical areas described in this notice.

Column A Column B
Porirua The geographical area comprising of the whole of New Zealand.
Auckland The geographical area comprising of the following territorial authorities:
