Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Alexander Lockwood Smith, Speaker of the House of Representatives,
give notice that Jeanette Mary Fitzsimons
has resigned her seat in the House of Representatives
effective at 12.00 midnight on Thursday 11 February 2010,
and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
