Juries Act 1981

Jury Districts Notice 2010

Pursuant to section 5(4) of the Juries Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, GNZM, QSO, Governor-General of New Zealand, on the advice of the Minister for Courts, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Jury Districts Notice 2010.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on 4 October 2010.

2. Court Jury Districts—The boundaries of the Auckland District Court Jury District, the Manukau District Court Jury District, the Papakura District Court Jury District, the Tauranga District/High Court Jury District, the Rotorua District/High Court Jury District, the Wanganui District/High Court Jury District, and the Palmerston North District/High Court Jury District are hereby declared to be those shown in respect of each of those districts on the maps set out in Schedules A, B, C, D and E to this notice.

3. Revocation—The District Court Jury Districts Notice 2007, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 December 2007, No. 138, page 3614, is hereby revoked.
