On 10 September 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NZ DRYWALL & CEILINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 10 September 2010 at 9.00am. The liquidator has fixed 15 October 2010 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
